Just after the morning pastry rush our iconic Sourdough Rounds emerge golden and crusty from the oven between 10:30–11:00 AM. These staples are a fan favorite, and our regulars know to pre-order in person, by phone, or via text to secure their weekly fix! Don’t miss out—reserve yours early, as our bread sells out quickly.
- Classic Sourdough Rounds – Made simply with flour, water, and salt
- Signature Sourdough Rounds – A hearty blend of rye, spelt, and whole wheat with just a touch of milk and brown sugar for a softer crumb.
Our dough goes through a natural fermentation process that helps break down the gluten, making it easier to digest — our breads are a weekly favorite for many of our gluten-sensitive customers.
Want Your Loaf Sliced? We’re happy to slice any loaf for you once it’s fully cooled to perfection. Can’t make it during our regular hours? No problem! We offer after-hours pickup options to fit your schedule. Just let us know when you pre-order!
