- Signature Sourdough Rounds – A hearty blend of rye, barley, and whole wheat with just a touch of milk and brown sugar for a softer crumb.
Our dough goes through a natural fermentation process that helps break down the gluten, making it easier to digest — our breads are a weekly favorite for many of our gluten-sensitive customers.
Want Your Loaf Sliced? We’re happy to slice any loaf for you once it’s fully cooled to perfection. Can’t make it during our regular hours? No problem! We offer after-hours pickup options to fit your schedule. Just let us know when you pre-order!
