VonHart Goods, is seeking seasoned Bakers to join our team. We’re a small-town bakery dedicated to crafting fresh, artisanal breads, pastries, and baked goods from scratch, fostering a warm community space where locals and visitors connect. If you’re passionate about high-quality baking and thrive in a cozy, collaborative environment, we want you to help shape our growing business and menu!

What You’ll Do:

• Craft a variety of breads, laminated pastries, and baked goods with precision and creativity.
• Lead daily production, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.
• Collaborate with our head baker to innovate new recipes and seasonal offerings.
• Manage kitchen prep, inventory, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Share your expertise to help mentor our apprentice bakers and elevate our craft.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional baking experience, with strong skills in artisanal bread and pastry production.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with a 4 AM start time, 5 days a week.
• Physical stamina for standing, lifting (e.g., flour bags), and repetitive tasks.
• A team player who values community and thrives in a small, supportive crew.
• Creativity and a passion for experimenting with flavors and techniques.

APPRENCTICE BAKERS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!  - No experience? No problem! A love for learning and early mornings is all you need. You’ll train hands-on with our head baker, mastering recipes, techniques, and the art of baking in a supportive, tight-knit crew. Experience preferred but not required—your enthusiasm is what counts!
